Late-Stage ACL Rehab - Sub in the S&C
A summary of my presentation for CSCA Conference in Vancouver BC. Late Stage ACL rehab is not time-based - it is based on clear exit criteria from both early and mid stages of rehab. Or they are discharged with no training plan to prepare them to return to sport successfully.
The S&C Coach should be along for the entire journey and offering consultation and solutions to first maintain a level of fitness and then bridge the gap to returning to sport.
